Vein Injections

Living in the south means that our legs are visible most of the year. Don’t force yourself to wear pants in July or skip the beach because you don’t like the way your legs look!

Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive approach to eliminate unsightly varicose and spider veins and boost your confidence. Dr. Harvey will inject the vein(s) with a hypertonic saline solution that will irritate the blood vessel causing it to shrink and eventually disappear.

This treatment may not be permanent and initial treatments may need to be repeated to accomplish desired results. The patient will also need to come back yearly for maintenance.
